Paramount were approached by an independent who had recently taken over a council run visitor centre and wanted to turn the majority of the three story building into a massive 350 square metre concept coffee shop. . . .

The brief was to create a branded environment that would act as a blue print for future projects and stand alongside other blue-chip companies in the sector.
Huge changes were needed, the ground floor was gutted and a self-supporting mezzanine floor erected with maximum column width to maintain an open flowing space. An eight linear metre corian bar was installed to accommodate the specialist catering equipment along with stainless steel back bar. A mixture of bespoke and contract furniture was used to form various seating areas suitable for the range of clients this new venue is sure to attract.
