Our in-house design department has extensive experience in point of sale, retail interiors and public sector design.

DEVELOPMENT DESIGN

A creative concept is only the starting point in the design process; it takes a practical and methodical mind to turn it into a tangible item. This is where our expertise in development design comes in, whether it is testing materials, sourcing new manufacturing techniques or solving design problems, it all happens here.

We know retail can be a tough environment and develop our products to withstand high traffic. This ensures that throughout their life cycle they look, function and represent the brand in the way they were designed to.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Paramount has extensive project management experience, whether it’s fast track shop-fitting for independent retailers or multiple roll-out projects for a range of client sectors.

Before we commence any project we will plan the works meticulously ensuring all material orders are placed early in the procurement process. A program identifying key off site activities in addition to all on site activities will be presented to the client for agreement. Once agreed this program will act as a live tool to monitor and regularly update the client on progress.

All projects have on site supervision and a reassurance that a designated project manager will act as a single point of contact from the very earliest involvement through to completion and beyond. We aim to provide the best possible service on time and within budget.

Paramount Projects take all health and safety seriously. To this end we have all the correct on site documentation and insurances, in line with the latest standards, ensuring safe and smooth running sites.
